It hangs up and will not slide easily in and out of the machine. And I find the design of the adjustable paper guides nearly impossible to figure out. The printer/scanner itself is of the highest quality and has performed flawlessly. But the paper tray has been so problematic that, if I had known in advance, it would have been a deal breaker and I would not have made the purchase.

It's not maybe my first choice but it gets the job done. I was able to easily unpackage and set up the printer without any issues. I'll probably keep it as a backup printer once I can afford one that has multiple paper trays. Otherwise, a good little printer as the footprint is much smaller than my old one.

Print quality is a little on low side for presentation material but good enough for home use. First shipment of "free ink" was lost by shipping company and our printer ran out of ink and we were therefore unable to use our printer for 6 days. Not good.

    does cartridges come with printer

    The 910 setup cartridges do come with it. If you use the HP Smart app for the setup, you will also get the option to opt-in for HP+ which gives you an extra year of warranty, HP+ Support for two years, the HP Smart Advance app, and a free year of Instant Ink all at no extra cost.     Will this printer print on 12 mil. photo paper? I can find weights, but nothing about thickness.

    Thank you for your question! This HP OfficeJet 8035e Pro All-in-One is compatible with 60 to 75 lb (photo) paper. 75-pound photo paper is 11.8 mils thick. 12 mil thickness is close but you should be fine. Make sure to only load the paper tray about 50% to full for best results.

    Hello. Thanks for your question. There is a USB port on the back of this HP Officejet Pro 8035e printer that would allow you to connect to a computer with the USB A to B 2.0 cable. The USB cable is not included. This printer also has a front USB port that allows you to scan to a USB flash drive or print photos from a USB flash drive.
