OK, battery life terrible
Seems to work as expected so far. I have ordered several of these for staff members. One complaint from them all, the battery lasts about 2 hours before they have to plug it in at a meeting. Less than 6 months old!!!

C-Port has poor connectivity
Having issues with the c-port not connecting fully to portable monitor or adapter. Very sensitive. More upset with myself that I did not notice it only had one instead of 2 c-ports. I was looking at so many models and didn't verify this.

Great purchase
My computer arrived and it is better than I imagined. The full keyboard is so nice to have as well as the slide to close the camera. This is my first HP and I find the processor to be great. I like the way the keys feel on the keyboard, they are not too loud and feel firm.
Another bonus is that my computer will stay charged without being plugged in for quite sometime!

Boots up quickly and runs fast :)
Ordered directly from HP during a great sale and got a wonderful price. Super easy to set up and connect to my network. Love the light-up keyboard with number pad. Easy to "turn off" the touch pad because I rest my hands on it when I type and don't want it doing crazy things. The speed is amazing and I'm very happy with my purchase. Love that the "off - on" switch is on the keyboard and not in a recessed slot on the side.

Nice laptop but has configuration issues
Still working out issues with drivers and power on problem. Tech support updated drivers to connect to monitor. Computer still has problem turning back on after restart and constant pinging from one or more peripherals when computer enters sleep mode requiring me to mute the speaker to stop pinging tone all night long.

What is the maximum amount of ram that this product can be upgraded to? Is the ram soldered?

This HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC meets all those requirements, except this laptop, and most new HP Laptops do not come with an internal Ethernet port. This will be compatible with wireless connections at a maximum of Wi-Fi 6E speed, if a wired connection is needed an external Ethernet USB dongle is recommended. Wi-Fi 6E is a wireless standard that can deliver internet speeds of up to 5.4 Gbps, which is twice as fast as Wi-Fi 6. It can also have lower latency and higher capacity than other Wi-Fi devices. Wi-Fi 6E's speed comes from its use of the 6 GHz band, which allows it to access up to seven 160 MHz channels. The speed will be determined by the router.
