The second one I got seems to be OK runs decent speeds 32 gigs of RAM no freezing seems to be average. OK computer I wish the mouse and keyboard were beefier

It’s been a few years since I bought a new desktop, and I wasn’t aware of the different video cables needed for this pc. The support is another thing. I have been trying to register this pic for over a month. I enter my serial number and it tells me that it is not a valid number. There is no contact phone number on the website and their Facebook page is worthless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Very frustrated. Unit received undamaged. Will not boot. I don’t think it was checked prior to shipment. I spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with HP to attempt a return and replacement. But, after all that time, I was not able to speak with anyone that could help me. They kept transferring me to incorrect departments, necessitating a complete explanation of my problem again and again. Plus it is very evident that HP has outsourced their work as evidenced by the lack of English speaking “employees “. I also tried to accomplish my return on their website next and it would repeatedly claim that my serial number was invalid. It is not, as it is on my packing list, my invoice and on the computer itself. My typing of the serial number was accurate, they are in error. I am very frustrated. I am going to attempt this again tomorrow.

I've been transferred 3 times because someone keeps saying its a "business laptop". Spoken to two different people went through serial number roulette and still sitting on hold. I just want to know why my machine doesn't have the USB-C in the front LIKE THE PHOTO SHOWS!

The HP desktop is surprisingly noisier than my laptop and cannot see any increase in speed (HP has much better specs than old laptop). I've only had it going for two weeks. Setup process did go extremely well.

What chipset does the motherboard use? I've read that i9-12900K gains ECC support when paired with W680 chipset. Is the motherboard chipset ECC compatible with I9?

What is the maximum size of memory compatible with this computer? I see that the maximum I can buy is 128 GB (4x32 GB) but is that a limit or would it be possible to upgrade it with our own 256 GB (4 x 64 GB) RAM kit? Thank you!
