Bad quality
I bought it in a couple of months ago, I am unhappy with it. I printed only less than 10 pages and print became faint. I encountered it in previous ink cartridge also. I have to purchase a new ink cartridge again. Is the HP printer or ink poor quality???

my HP laptop screen hinge is broken
My HP laptop 15-bs0xx / 1wp51ua is 3 years old. The left side screen hinge broke and now I cannot close the laptop. I'm a retired senior, and cannot afford to buy another computer or spend $$$ to get the hinge fixed. I doubt if I will EVER purchase another HP product. Do you care? I doubt it.

Loss money
as soon as I put this in my printer, I received error "problem with cartridge" and was never able to get it to work. I had to order a new cartridge and my money down the drain for this one!

I’m glad you had this ink cartridge in stock this time. I Prefer this over the non HP brands. As the black ink from the HP cartridge seems to be a bit more precise and clear. The reason I gave it 3 stars out of 5, because I think there should be more ink in this size cartridge, for the price.

INK at a great price
I bought two Ink Cartridges for my HP printer. Most of the local retailers were out of stock on the one I needed. I also took note of the prices they were charging. Imagine this... I was able to buy 2 of the cartridges direct from HP for a few dllars more than I would have paid for one at Walmart. I recieved my product in a matter of days. I will only order online direct. Yes I may have to wait a day or two but the cost savigs is worth it.

I’ve got ink!
I ran out of black ink and needed some before the next monthly mailing I ordered from the HP store on line and it was shipped to me. I thought ink was costly for one cartridge. HP monitors my printing and sends me ink when the printer needs it. So I had no idea how much a single cartridge cost.
