Bad keyboard. Yes, keep reinventing...but well
Seems working well. But, why a keyboard with dark brown keys and thin gray, difficult to see letters? In your ad they were white with black letters. I don't want to return it and risk having other problems. I'm sure who designed this keyboard doesn't have to use it. I know I can use stickers, but why should the customer fix the problem?

Replaced an older smaller lap top with this one. It looks great, love the color and works very well and is fast. Start up and moving old files and apps to this computer was easy and it had step by step instructions to follow which all worked. Internet hook up was a breeze and we are very pleased with the whole transaction from price to delivery to set up and operation.

Can't setup without Microsoft account. I purchased this for someone else and wanted to set this up before gifting it. Unfortunately I can't even get it through without logging in or creating a new Microsoft account. Not happy with the setup experience.

So nice I bought it twice
Very happy with my HP purchase! I bought this same computer almost 2 years ago and it was working perfectly, till my kids spilled a drink on it! I knew I'd buy the same computer again, and got a great deal on black Friday (with accident protection). Would buy the same computer a 3rd time if I had to. Love the larger screen and transferring everything is super simple.

I like it, it boots up fast and ready to go. my old hp would sometimes take 15 to 20. minutes to boot up then one day when I entered my password it would go to administration asking for a password and I couldn't do anything with it. I took it to best buy, and they couldn't do anything with it. That is why I bought a new one. I googled. and the response was only a technician could. Unlock it. I called customer service, and they wanted over $100.00 so if you could email me how to get that off my old computer, I would be grateful otherwise I am going to take a sledgehammer to it. THANK YOU

Is this computer a proper choice for using QuickBooks?

For any software, you would want to check the system requirements from the publisher's website and make sure the device you want to run it on meets the requirements for the setting you would like to use. Updates can change the requirements which can impact what settings you run it on or if you can run it at all. For software that always require online or for sections that are online, your connection type and speed can also affect how well it runs. Quickbook also has system requirements based on number of users.

Greetings, I wanted to know if the RAM memory can be expanded. How fast should the modules be (3200mhz like the original)? What is the maximum that this laptop supports in each RAM memory expansion slot? Thanks a lot!
Just understand the laptop itself is not user serviceable. This means you either have to pay a local HP center to do your upgrade, or buy pry tools and void that warranty. I did the latter to this exact model and can validate 32GB 3200 speed DDR4 works perfectly fine.
